Switch operators
Expect more from your operating partner.
The machines on your floor are only as good as the company behind them. Score your current setup, see exactly how a change of master works in Georgia, and decide with clear eyes.
01 Operator scorecard
How does your current operator really score?
Rate six things that matter, 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). Nothing is sent anywhere — it's for you.
02 How switching works
The Georgia process, step by step.
A change of master is a regulated process with the Georgia Lottery Corporation. Here's how it actually runs — no shortcuts, no surprises.
- 01
Conversation & scorecard
We talk through what's working and what isn't at your location, and what a Supreme operation would look like there.
- 02
Agreement review
Your current agreement sets the timing. Georgia requires an exclusive written agreement with one master; agreements made or renewed since May 2016 run at least a year, and a new owner of a location may face a nine-month rule. We'll map timing with you — questions about the contract itself belong with your attorney.
- 03
Change-of-master request
Authorized representatives sign the GLC's Change of Master to Place COAMs request, certifying there's no dispute, that a written agreement exists, and that no inducement was offered. We prepare it and walk you through any part that needs you.
- 04
GLC approval
Filing doesn't authorize placement — approval comes first. If a dispute is certified, a GLC hearing officer decides it, and your current machines stay connected and playable in the meantime.
- 05
Install & connect
New Class B machines go in no more than two days before their connection date and can't be played until connected. We schedule the swap with you to keep downtime as short as the process allows.
Our standard
What we will never do.
How an operator wins your location tells you how they'll run it.
- Offer you an inducement. Georgia law prohibits giving anything of value to win a location — no signing bonuses, loans, gifts, or paying your fees (O.C.G.A. § 50-27-87.1).
- Ask you to break your current agreement. We work within its terms and its timing.
- Pay or ask for referral fees. Georgia bars commissions for arranging a location agreement.
- Promise you earnings. Every location's numbers are its own — we show you real reports, not projections.
Questions
Switching, answered.
Can I switch while I'm under contract?
Your agreement's terms set the timing. Bring it to the conversation and we'll map out when a change is possible. For legal questions about the contract itself, consult your attorney.
Do you offer anything to switch?
No — and be cautious of anyone who does. Georgia law prohibits inducements to change masters. We compete on service, transparency, and compliance.
Will my game room go dark during the switch?
We plan the swap around your hours. New machines can be placed up to two days before their connection date and go live once connected, so downtime stays as short as the process allows.
What if my current operator disputes the change?
A GLC hearing officer decides the dispute, and your existing machines stay connected and playable until it's final.
How long does it take?
It depends on your agreement's timing and GLC approval. Once we've seen your agreement, we'll give you a realistic timeline.
