Everything a Georgia store, bar, or restaurant needs to get a Class B COAM location license — the steps, the documents, the fees, and the addresses — with a checklist that remembers where you left off.

We ask for your name and business — that's all that's ever sent to us. Everything you enter in the checklist below stays on your device; we couldn't read it if we wanted to.
The journey
Nine steps from first click to machines on your floor. Two need you in person — the notary and the bank — everything else happens online. Check them off as you go, and if you get stuck at any point, the GLC COAM helpline is 800-746-8546.
Fill it in once
Enter what you have — everything is optional until you're ready. It feeds the readiness meter above, your copy-paste sheet for the portal, and (soon) auto-filled official forms.
The business
Owners & officers — every owner, officer, and shareholder must be listed on the application, and each needs a notarized lawful-presence affidavit
The trust bank account — for the EFT form; stays on this device like everything else
Social Security numbers: the gacoam.com portal will ask for them for the lawful-presence check. We deliberately never collect or store them — have them ready when you sit down to do Step 3.

Renewal reminder
The license year runs July 1 – June 30, and licenses renew May 1 – June 30 every year. From July 1 a statutory $1,000.00 late fee applies that the GLC cannot waive, and a license more than 90 days expired cannot be renewed at all.

Once you're licensed
- Deposit net COAM proceeds into the trust account by the next business day after collection — the GLC sweeps every Wednesday.
- Report monthly gross retail receipts by the 20th through the portal.
- No cash payouts, ever — redemption is merchandise, gift cards, and lottery products only.
- Renew every year between May 1 and June 30.
- Keep selling real goods and services — Class B machine revenue is capped relative to your store's gross retail receipts, so the store must stay a store.
